Shipping Policies

• Orders are shipped from our facility, and usually take 8-14 days business worldwide (from the moment the package was shipped)
• We do not process prescription orders on Saturday or Sunday
• Please allow 48 hours for processing before the order ships (weekends excluded)
• Shipping durations are based on week days (Monday through Friday).
• If extra identification is required to process you order, please calculate arrival time starting 24 hours after the information was successfully received by our billing department
• If the billing information or the shipping address is incomplete, calculate arrival time starting 24 hours from the time the correct information was received by our billing department
• If the address provided is wrong, shipping charges will have to be paid again. Please make sure to type the correct billing and shipping address during checkout
• Orders with more than 90 pills may be sent in more than one shipment which may not arrive on the same day

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that you enter a valid shipping address in your order form. We recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us immediately so that we can process the correction.
